CASH REFUND POLICY

The service provider "CARBAY LLC-FZ" shall refund the cash paid for vehicle to the consumer in case the vehicle is not conforming to the agreed specifications at the time of contracting with the received vehicle, and is irreplaceable.

If consumer decides to withdraw from booked vehicle from "date of deposit" booking deposit is non-refundable and will be kept with service provider "CARBAY LLC-FZ" as an compensation due to loss of other potential customers. However the deposit can be used against purchase of alternative vehicle.  

Incase of autoloan rejection from bank the booking deposit against the vehicle is 100% refundable by service provider "CARBAY LLC-FZ" to consumer. Any delays caused from consumers end due to his/her personal travel reasons in bank auto loan process over "7 days from date of deposit" money will not be refunded by service provider "CARBAY LLC-FZ".
